Welcome to Altrom.in, operated and managed by Pixelpure India Private Limited. We are committed to delivering your products safely and efficiently across India. This Shipping Policy outlines our processes, delivery timeframes, and applicable terms.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders placed on Altrom.in are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once the order is processed, you will receive an email and SMS confirmation containing your tracking ID and shipping details.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Metro cities may receive deliveries earlier, while remote or rural areas may take longer.
- During festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen logistics disruptions (e.g., weather, lockdowns), delivery times may be extended.
3. Shipping Partners
We have partnered with reputed logistics and courier companies such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, India Post, and Ecom Express to ensure timely delivery across all serviceable PIN codes in India.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (inclusive of GST).
- For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply depending on the location and product weight.
- Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Taxes and GST
- All prices displayed on Altrom.in are inclusive of applicable GST under the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (India).
- A GST invoice is automatically generated and shared with the customer once the order is confirmed.
- You can download your invoice anytime from your Altrom.in account dashboard.
6. Tracking Your Order
- Once dispatched, you can track your shipment directly using the tracking link sent to your registered email or phone number.
- Alternatively, log in to your Altrom.in account → My Orders → Track Order.
7. Non-Delivery & Delays
In rare situations where delivery is delayed due to courier issues, weather conditions, or address errors, we will notify you proactively via email or SMS.
If the package is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or replacement as per your preference.
8. International Shipping
Currently, PixelPure delivers only within India. International orders will be announced soon.
